Complaints

Our goal is to provide you with the best services during the whole duration of your insurance contract. If you need some information, advices, you can always contact us.

If we were not able to give you a satisfying answer and if you still wish to transmit us your disagreement on some point, you can do it in person or by a proxy:

  • Personally in any branch of Insurance Agent / Bank and Headquarter of Insurance Agent / Bank,

Written replies to complaints will be sent within 30 days from reception date however in particularly complex cases replies will be sent within 60 days.

You can also write a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for Insurers, and the French regulator which is supervising Sogecap and Sogessur – Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) – at the address 61, rue Taitbout 75436 Paris Cedex 09 France.

For any complaint, you can ask for help to the Municipal and District Consumer Advocates and the Financial Ombudsman.
