On January 1st, 2016 came into force a new Act on insurance and reinsurance activities, which implements to the Polish legal system Directive 2009/138/WE Solvency II established by the European Parliament and the Council. New Act contains also a lot of regulations specific for Polish insurance market. As a consequence the new General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all clients who concluded insurance contracts after January 1st, 2016.
