For the customers who concluded insurance contracts since October 11th, 2015, new General Terms and Conditions are binding, which you can find on the website, in each description of our insurance solutions. Changes refer to the way of loading the complaints and replacing Institution of Insurance Ombudsman by the Financial Ombudsman in line with the Act on the handling complaints by financial actors and the Financial Ombudsman.
