On January 10th, 2017 came into force a new Act on extrajudicial resolving consumer disputes. Act introduces new provisions concerning extrajudicial resolution of disputes involving consumers. According to the law, the General Terms and Conditions in terms of complaints handling were complemented by adding the address of website of the Financial Ombudsman.
