The annual "Safe Eyeglasses" insurance covers new corrective eyeglasses in the event of accidental damage or destruction of frames, corrective lenses or entire eyeglasses.

Benefits of buying "Safe Eyeglasses" insurance:

• covering the costs of repairing or replacing eyeglasses, taking into account the deductible covered by the client

• repaired or new eyeglasses for 10% or 20% of the retail price of eyeglasses depending on the insurance option chosen by the client

• the possibility of submitting the claim in a convenient way: in an optical store or remotely without leaving home

• quick process of repairing eyeglasses

The "Safe Eyeglasses" insurance also includes simple and clear rules:

• we insure

      - accidental damage to the frame

      - accidental damage to the lenses

      - accidental damage to the frame and lenses

• we do not insure, for example:

      - damage under warranty or guarantee rights,

      - damage caused by repair by unauthorized persons,

      - corrosion or wear damage resulting from normal use,

      - scratches that do not affect the use of glasses.

• in the event of damage, it is sufficient:

      - return damaged eyeglasses,

      - pay the deductible specified in the policy.

The "Safe Eyeglasses" insurance is available at selected optical stores in Poland.

How to submit a claim?

The claim should be reported immediately:

- at the optical store where the eyeglasses were purchased or

- via the online form available at www.unooptic.pl or

- by calling the phone number: +48 22 438 44 53 (call cost according to the operator's rate) from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
